Creating a Custom Order through Magento 2 Admin requires a Customer Account as custom order cannot be created using a Guest Account. The Admin User will select the Customer Account and Create Custom Order in which he can set custom Prices, Quantities and Discounts for the products. Moreover, the Admin can add/update the Currency, Customer Group, Billing/Shipping Address and Comments.
